Terms and Conditions
- Consignment (total) size must not exceed 4m x 1m x 1.3m (L,W,H).
- Consignment total weight must not exceed 1200 kg.
- For goods exceeding 15kg weight/ [0.5m x 0.75m x.1.5m] size, assistance with loading/unloading from the consignor/consignee must be provided .
- Timed collections/deliveries will not be guaranteed if collections are not available at the agreed times. We reserve the right to extend time limits for deliveries.
- Deliveries to London (and other cities) may incur congestion charges, chargeable at the prevailing rate, unless delivery accompanied by other Consignment(s).
- Carried goods condition/quality shall be strictly between consignor and consignee.
